- 2 teaspoons garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger bonding agent
- 4 green onions sliced
- 1/4 cup julienne carrots
- 1/2 cup red peppers julienne
- 1/2 cup cabbage thinly sliced
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons mirin Asian sweet cooking wine and rice seasoning
- 6 ounces shrimp any variety, peeled and cooked, tails on, i used immense
- 4 ounces chicken pounded thin, sliced and saute, or relic roasted
- 4 ounces beef steak pounded thin, sliced thin and sauteed
