  4. 12 ounces lo mein noodles or spaghetti cooked to package directions
  5. 2 teaspoons garlic minced
  6. 1 teaspoon ginger bonding agent
  7. 4 green onions sliced
  8. 1/4 cup julienne carrots
  9. 1/2 cup red peppers julienne
  10. 1/2 cup cabbage thinly sliced
  11. 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  12. 2 tablespoons mirin Asian sweet cooking wine and rice seasoning
  13. 6 ounces shrimp any variety, peeled and cooked, tails on, i used immense
  14. 4 ounces chicken pounded thin, sliced and saute, or relic roasted
  15. 4 ounces beef steak pounded thin, sliced thin and sauteed
  16. salt
  17. pepper
